Phil was friendly, but professional. He showed up on schedule and worked the entire time he was here. He is meticulous and detailed in his work; he worked like he would work in his own home. He left the house neat and clean. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Phil Arsenault has been our go-to electrician for years, and for good reason. He’s handled everything from lighting throughout our three-floor condo to making sure our kitchen remodel was set up exactly how we needed it. He’s thorough, prompt, and knows his stuff. He’s also done work for both of my brothers, and they’ve had the same great experience. Just solid, reliable work every time. If you need an electrician, Phil’s the guy.

We called Arsenault Electric about a non- functioning (fairly new) wall oven. Phil answered our call immediately and was at our home the same day! He was very personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to call him for your electrical needs. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

We had a 110 year old home with ungrounded knob and tube wiring, glass fuses, that couldnt handle AC units in dire need of an upgrade. Phillip did an excellent job working with us to do it, all during the time in our life when we had our first baby! He worked with out hectic schedule and was very flexible, did isolated pieces at a time so everything was always working at the end of the day, and was very clean and minimized dust. It wad a hard job, and he worked intelligently to route cables minimize the amount of disruption in the living area. Highly recommend hi

Phil from Arsenault Electric completely rewired our office building during a gut renovation, installing three subpanels, running overhead service underground, wiring all lights and outlets, emergency lighting, and more. His attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication made the project smooth from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him.

I called today (Tuesday) for some outlets that had faulty wiring and needed to be changed. Originally got an appointment at 8am for the following day (Wed) which I took. Phil called back and said he could be there late Tuesday afternoon. Pretty uncommon when trying to hire someone for work nowadays. Phil was personable and professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will be referring him to friends and neighbors that need work done

Phil came to replace a shower light that was flickering and incorrectly wired. Great customer service, showed up promptly, did a quality job, reasonably priced, and super personable. We did not have an electrician prior to this experience, happy to say Phil will be my family's electrician for all our needs moving forward. Highly recommend.
